With leads drying up and existing marketing resources already stretched, Clinic to Cloud needed to hustle!
You & Co redesigned the Clinic to Cloud website, focusing in on what their ideal customers cared about. Regular iterative updates followed, using data to validate design to further optimise and improve conversion throughout the site.
Behind the scenes, their Salesforce CRM was integrated with the HubSpot marketing platform to give visibility into the sales funnel; from first website visit, to sale, to renewal. Automation features were implemented to automatically deliver content to leads at the right time as they continued their journey through the website, referring them to the sales team for follow up once they were ready for a sales conversation.
As a result Clinic to Cloud saw an increase of 242% in leads from search engine traffic, 171% more leads generated from social media, and 73% more leads finding them from paid channels. The Sales team now have high quality leads once again and are able to close more deals, which in turn has driven a significant increase in revenue.
