WorkflowMax - a project management solution that sets up business with meaningful tools to track and report on their profitability. Featuring native integrations with Xero, HubSpot, Zendesk, Google Drive and more, you can imagine how much easier a project managers (or any managers) life would be with the effectiveness and efficiency that this solution brings to the table.
Despite being a global company, WorkflowMax's marketing team was struggling to keep up with the velocity of leads and customers that they were generating. Due to an unorthodox initial configuration of HubSpot, the customer experience was flat and the interactions they were having with their customers along their journey, weren’t as targeted as they could have been. They needed calm and clarity if they were ever going to improve things.
You & Co were brought on board to ultimately refine and optimise their visitor to lead and lead to customer journey. On top of this, we were engaged to help WorkflowMax implement a more strategic approach to leveraging HubSpot and the associated tech stack.
Utilising Growth Driven Design practices, You & Co championed several conversion rate optimisation tests across a number of existing pages to increase the visitor to trial conversion rate. Given the high traffic coming to the website, we were able to test, and test and (you guessed it) test again to ensure the best outcome with the highest results was implemented.
This partnered with the creation of a new blog, resource hub and pillar content pages, increase the website user experience exponentially.
We also worked with the team to create a website and HubSpot strategy that was focussed on reviewing the key stages of their funnel - awareness, consideration, decision and adoption.
One of the key areas that we were most curious in reviewing was the journey from visitor to free trial. Users signing up for free trials were being enrolled in a tangle of workflows and receiving competing emails that were both annoying to the user and challenging to track.
Our team supported them to focus efforts and simplify the journey to allow stronger measurement and optimise the communication between marketing and sales with the customer to launch WorkflowMax further along their scale-up journey.
