The folks over at Gamify are in the thick of the gamification marketing movement. Whilst Gamification is taking something ordinary and making it engaging, gamification marketing or ‘Advergaming’ is about engaging potential customers in an unconventional way, educating clients on new products and services and even changing buyer behaviour by encouraging social shares.
Gamify have been extra busy building an award-winning software that allows marketers to create and deploy games across platforms and mobile without the need to create a single line of code.
So where do we fit in? An under-utilised HubSpot portal, a website that needed a little extra polish and a customer journey strategy to align their online presence with their product market fit.
To alleviate pressure off the sales team, whilst not compromising on customer experience, You&Co implemented progressive forms through HubSpot.
The progressive forms used a subtle nurture for the customer as they travelled their quest to help Gamify better understand their problem and set them up with the right solution. This implementation helps Gamify assess each stage of their funnel more effectively, and to identify any friction points that could be optimised to improve flow
To further ease the strain on their sales team, You&Co have been helping them to map out the customer journey and optimising their funnel to encourage more qualified conversions.
Gamify’s core product offering gives marketers the ability to make their own game from scratch, without having to understand how the code works.
As with anything that you can create yourself, a helping hand is always welcome. Enter the HubSpot service hub - with the ticketing function Gamify needed (natively integrated with their CRM) to provide the customer support their users needed easily.
HubSpot’s ticketing function was integrated on Gamify’s site so they would directly receive any troubleshooting queries from those building their own games.
The benefit of this allows those with the specific queries to be funnelled into the ticket section to provide a streamlined process to support customers in a timely way. To further enhance the customer experience, You&Co refreshed the Gamify style to not only match the personality of the brand but also complement the user journey on their path to converting. The web-based style guide was created in a meaningful style that can be utilised to guide the user through the site with ease, and encourage them to complete the desired goals.
You&Co worked with the Gamify team to re-develop their website to leverage it as a tool, rather than an enquiry platform. Both the navigation bar and the pages that reaped the highest number of monthly visitors were adjusted to allow for seamless customer experience, with these changes backed by rock-solid data. Gamify is working towards becoming the authority on Gamification, and are doing so through their massive education portal situated on their website.
By doing so they are elevating their authority when speaking to one of their three audiences. As they have these varying distinct audiences, the website needed to provide clear paths for each of the audiences to help qualify them.
You&Co also re-developed and launched a select number of web pages decked out with GDD principles & lead nurturing workflows to best capitalise on Gamify’s upward trajectory.
